The warranty period generally begins on the day the buyer takes delivery of the goods.
The warranty period is:
· for new goods, 24 months, unless a special legal regulation provides for a longer period;
· for goods used for 12 months (used goods are goods marked as such that are used or repaired without defects, and the completeness of the packaging does not prevent the full use of the product).
